Photo release form
The Central Texas Steering Committee for Discover Engineering recently sent a group of engineers to visit your child's school and encourage their interest in math and science. While the team was at the school, they documented their visit. We would like to use a photo of your child to promote this event. This may include adding it to the corporate newsletters of some of our supporting companies or including it on our Web site or printed media.
We must have parental approval to do this. Please sign the attached permission form if you will allow us to publish this photo. This photo will remain our property but we can provide you with copies for your scrapbook.
